Archive Rentals & Pulls

Lou Boudoir offers selective access to our private collection of vintage, archival, and designer clothing, footwear, and accessories. Our pieces are available for editorial styling, red carpet appearances, media productions, and select private rentals.

How the Process Works

1. Submit an Inquiry: Complete the request form for the item you're interested in renting with your project schedule, delivery preferences, and selected items or visual direction.

2. Review & Booking: Our team will confirm piece availability, issue an itemized invoice, and send over our rental agreement for signature.

3. Fulfillment: Once payment authorization and signed agreements are complete, your pull will be prepared for courier dispatch, shipping, or scheduled pickup.

4. Return: All garments and accessories must be returned in their original condition by 6:00 PM PST on your designated return date.

Rental Rules & Policies

  • Fitting / Pull Window: Items requested strictly for fitting purposes may be checked out for up to 3 business days.
  • Rental Duration: Any piece worn, filmed, photographed, or utilized during a project transitions to a full rental and may be held for up to 7 days (unless a formal extension is granted).
  • Pull Fee: 20% of the rental price, credited toward the final cost for rented items. Unselected items are charged this fee.
  • Standard Rental Rate: Rental fees are 20% of the item's value.
  • Specialized Rate: For higher-value pieces, the rental fee is 10% of the item's value.
  • Late Fee Structure: Overdue rentals will be charged a daily late fee equal to 20% of the total rental invoice. Pulls retained past the 3-day fitting allowance without approval will automatically be invoiced at full rental rates.
  • Loss & Damage Responsibility: Borrowers hold complete financial liability for items in their care. Items returned damaged, altered, or unreturned will be billed at the full item's value to the card on file.
  • Editorial Credit: All published work, editorial credits, and social posts featuring our archive must credit @louboudoir / Lou Boudoir.
