Please note that the majority of our pieces at Lou Boudoir are vintage and pre-loved. As with all archival garments, items may exhibit subtle signs of age or wear. We take care to detail and photograph all notable flaws in each listing, so we encourage you to review the item descriptions and images thoroughly before placing an order.

We assess each item using the following condition guide:

• Excellent: Lightly worn with no noticeable flaws (stains, holes/snags, etc).
• Good: Minor wear or minor flaws (snags, fading, etc), fully detailed in the description and photos.
• Satisfactory: Visible signs of wear or notable flaws (stains, holes/snags, etc.) clearly photographed and described.

Please keep in mind that garment colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. While every piece is thoroughly cleaned, hand-restored, or professionally dry-cleaned before shipment, Lou Boudoir cannot guarantee the long-term structural durability of vintage textiles over time. All purchases are made at the buyer's discretion.

If you receive an item with damage that was not disclosed in the listing description or photos, please email us at hello@louboudoir.com within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include a brief description along with clear photos showing the unstated issue.

Please hold onto the item and packaging and refrain from sending it back until we have reviewed your request and provided return authorization instructions.

To help ensure a precise fit, we provide full garment measurements alongside any original tag sizing (if applicable). We recommend comparing these dimensions to a similar piece in your personal wardrobe or taking your own measurements. Where available, mannequin specifications and standard sizing are also provided for reference.

Every piece is inspected for authentication via in-house experts or by third-party authenticators.

All domestic orders are shipped within the United States via USPS, with rates displayed at checkout based on your chosen service level.

Local pickup is also available in Beverly Hills at checkout. If you would like to collect your order in person, please check out via Local Pickup and we will arrange a date and time for you to retrieve your order.

Order Processing & Transit

Once shipped, transit times are subject to carrier operations. Lou Boudoir is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Signature & Security

For added security, all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a secure shipping address and receiving or signing for packages as required. Lou Boudoir is not liable for lost or stolen packages once a delivery confirmation has been issued by USPS.

Package Issues 

If your package arrives damaged or appears affected by transit issues, please reach out to us promptly at hello@louboudoir.com so we can assist you with the claims process.

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot alter or update the shipping address. Please carefully review your information at checkout to ensure all details are complete and accurate, as incorrect entries may result in order cancellation.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, and import taxes required by their destination country. Because policies vary by region, we are unable to calculate or estimate these charges in advance. We recommend consulting your local customs office prior to placing an order.

Please note that if an international package is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, no refunds will be issued.
